Move 'kdb-macro-redisplay' key binding

* doc/emacs/kmacro.texi (Basic Keyboard Macro): Adjust.

* lisp/kmacro.el (kmacro-keymap): Move 'kdb-macro-redisplay' to
`C-x C-k d' since upper-case letters are reserved for users (bug#50727).
